Delivery charges
All delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Orders over AUD $199 will receive free standard delivery, excluding bikes and bulky items. Shipping for bikes and bulky items will be calculated based on size and weight.
Delivery times
Most orders will be dispatched on the same day if placed by 12pm AEDT (business days). The shipping estimates below apply after your order leaves our store.

Delivery restrictions
- We deliver to Australia only. We do not offer international delivery.
- Bike Shipping is only available for selected bikes.
- Express delivery is unavailable on bulky items, liquids and dangerous goods.
- Delivery to PO Boxes is unavailable on bulky items, liquids and dangerous goods.
- If you purchase a pre-order item, it will not be shipped until we receive the goods from our supplier.
Returns - Refund and Exchange
Returning items
- We accept returns within 30 days of original purchase for all items other than bikes.
- All items must be in new condition with original packaging.
- Returns for all purchases require the original receipt.
- Online returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method, except for cash which is refunded back via direct deposit.
- Online refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval.
- Refunds may take 3 business days after processing to appear back in your bank account or credit card.
- In-store cash refunds are processed via direct deposit. Valid ID is required.
